Three tips to staying positive

If you’re that person then I wish that was me because even my weekends consistent of running around and getting things ready for the week to start.

When Sunday night comes around I like to prepare myself mentally for the week and just getting back into the work routine. With that being said staying positive is so important because that will definitely make a difference. Going into the week with a negative unhappy mindset is not the tone you want to set up for yourself.

Tip 1.

Writing in a journal positive affirmation’s for the week. Writing down positive thoughts is so important and can make a difference in your day.

Tip 2.

Keeping a positive attitude. Now your probably thinking well that is hard, I get it life is hard but it will always be hard. Our mind set is so important and having a negative thought process constantly will not make it any better. Whenever your mind drifts to a negative thought get rid of it revert to a positive thought it sounds hard but train your mind to do that.

Tip 3.

I don’t know about y’all but I love listening to a positive and uplifting podcast. Starting your day off listening to something positive can set the tone for your day. There is a podcast that I love listening to. The Rise Podcast by Rachel Hollis. There are two other that I love Living Fully by Mallory Ervin and Fully of Joy by Franceska Boerman. All three of these women are uplifting and so positive and can really make a difference in your day.
